Prabhu Britto) The Student Mentoring System Protocols get automatically initiated when Project Encouragement Protocols get initiated for a group/batch of students One Senior Student who has already undergone the Project Encouragement Protocol will be assigned as mentor to the aforesaid group/batch of students Periodic Progress of each student of the group/batch based on six criteria is logged in online databases  Cumulative Scores and Variability Analysis is done to assess the progress of each student in the group/batch of students which can be used for adaptive modification of participation of the individual/team in the Project Encouragement Protocols  The Senior Students who are mentoring the teams also get hands-on experience in training others.  Consequently, their active involvement in the Project Encouragement Protocols gets improved automatically Further, such technical co-operation among Senior & Junior Students helps to bring about a holistic educational environment which can help in furthering their career advancement and improve collaborative peer-to-peer networking.
