Student Affairs Online Systems (The First Transparent Online Systems for Student Affairs in INDIA and the World -- Offered to the Nation on March 2, 2011 through the Government of INDIA & the State Government of Tamil Nadu and Offered to the World on March 10, 2011 through the Eminent Board Members of the NON-PROFIT peer-reviewed IJBST Journals) | Research Collegium: The Research Collegium gathers at the VMKV Research Facility everyday evening after College hours and works upto convenient/required time. The Council of the Deans grace the gathering of the Research Collegium on requirement. The Heads of Department patronize the research activities of the Faculty through allocation of infrastructure, workload balancing and other administrative functions as required. The systems of the Research Collegiate initially comprised of the Research Log and the Literature Survey, created on Google Docs and was shared with the Head of the Institution for the sake of appraisal of activities. Further, the Research Log and Literature Survey was shared with the Dean (Research & Development) for the sake of continuous monitoring and encouragement. All data was entered in online documents via forms to preserve the originality and authenticity with automatic date and time stamps of data entry. Further systems are developed for recording of research queries and solutions, which can also help in offering long term directions for the pursuit of effective research.
